Join us on the third Wednesday of each month for a virtual Transition Peer Group meeting hosted by the PATH Program in collaboration with Tufts University's Crehan Lab. Zoom meetings occur from 6:00-7:00PM once a month and are free for parents and/or teens to join.

Join us for a four part workshop series reviewing decision making supports, applying for guardianship, and completing the necessary paperwork. This workshop series is targeted towards parents of youth and young adults ages 13 and older who are considering or in the process of applying for legal guardianship.
